Booking Fee:
A non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your chosen appointment. All booking fees are linked to the specific treatment booked, and appointment time reserved. Once a booking fee has been attributed to a specific treatment, it cannot be transferred to another treatment or used as credit. This ensures appointment times are protected and keeps the system fair and consistent for all clients.
Cancelling or Rescheduling
We operate a 48 hour rescheduling policy, and any request to reschedule after this time will result in the full cost of the booking being charged. In the case of a no-show appointment whereby a client does not attend their appointment, or cancels within 48 hours of their appointment time, again the full cost of the appointment will be charged.
Rescheduling can only be done by contacting us directly through either Facebook or Instagram private messaging.
By booking this treatment for a fixed date/time, you acknowledge that your 14-day cooling-off period does not apply under Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Lateness
To ensure we conduct procedures safely and within the time permitted, if a client is more than 10 minutes late to their appointment, they will lose their appointment and will be charged the full cost of their booking. This is to ensure client safety at all times. By confirming your appointment and paying the required booking fee, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions of booking. No exceptions will be made.
Attendance Policy
We kindly ask that all clients attend their appointment alone. Friends or family who arrive with you will be asked to wait outside until your treatment is finished. We have a very small, and intimate waiting area, and we simply do not have the capacity to accommodate anyone other than full-paying clients. This ensures the waiting space remains private, professional, and focused entirely on you.
Client Conduct
We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive, aggressive, or threatening behaviour. Any such conduct will result in immediate termination of the appointment and may prevent future bookings.
