Booking Fee:
A non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Cancelling or Rescheduling
We operate a 48 hour rescheduling policy, and any request to reschedule after this time will result in the full cost of the booking being charged. In the case of a no-show appointment whereby a client does not attend their appointment, or cancels within 48 hours of their appointment time, again the full cost of the appointment will be charged.
Rescheduling can only be done by contacting us directly.
Additionally and to ensure we conduct procedures safely and within the time permitted, if a client is more than 10 minutes late to their appointment, they will lose their appointment and will be charged the full cost of their booking. By confirming your appointment and paying the required booking fee, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions of booking. No exceptions will be made.
